Louis-Isidore Journot (°1867)

Burin engraver and etcher, born in Port-Marly (Seine-et-Oise) Pupil of "L'ecole nationale des arts decoratifs" and of Alphone Lamotte. Several medals between 1892-1899) Member of society of French Artists in 1904. He participated also at the exposition in Brussels in 1910.

Monogram printed bottom left beneath the print
Hand signed in pencil Louis Journot and dated 1928
