The landscape artists of the Barbizon school did prefer drawing in nature instead of studio work.
During the rough period 1850-1880 they recreated inspiration and signed for a great art period.

These etchings are wonderful lifetime impressions on full sheets of laid paper or chine collé with nice margins.
